JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Jacksonville Jaguars receiver Allen Hurns has been cleared from the NFL's concussion protocol and will be able to play in Sunday's game against Houston at EverBank Field.
Hurns, who suffered the concussion in the second half of last Sunday's loss at Kansas City, was cleared to participate in practice on a limited basis on Thursday.
"I've been fine ever since after the game," Hurns said on Thursday. "I never had any symptoms that Monday or any other day throughout this week so I'll be fine. It's a slow concussion protocol.
