Former Arizona State head coach Herm Edwards says LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels would lead the New England Patriots differently than Tom Brady if the Patriots select him with the No. 3 pick of the 2024 draft.
"He's outgoing, but he's not loud. He's real calm," Edwards said, per ESPN's Mike Reiss. "He's not a confrontation guy, like you saw with Tom Brady. He's more the type of come over and talk to the guys and get it squared away. When it's going hot and it's hard, there is no panic in this dude."
Edwards coached Daniels for three seasons at Arizona State prior to Daniels' transfer to LSU in 2022.
