Trucks is the 38-year-old guitar ninja and co-band leader with his wife, Susan, of the Tedeschi Trucks Band. Since 2010, the amoeba of Trucks’ and Tedeschi’s former bands have combined to create one of the most popular blues-rock outfits going these days. Trucks has been on the music scene about as long as Tedeschi, who is almost nine years his senior, and they’ve joined forces beautifully in a way that few husband-wife teams ever successfully have before.
Trucks also considers himself a proud member of Jaguars Nation, an often pained group of fans and one that has been dismissed during the team’s parabolic existence.
