The Packers have the luxury of a great quarterback, and a stable roster with a number of well-paid stars.
But they still have a salary cap, and that means saving elsewhere.
According to Jason Wilde of ESPNWisconsin.com, the Packers are able to balance things by getting more work out of the cheapest of the cheap — undrafted rookies — than any team in the league.
