It was earlier today when Giants linebacker Jon Beason was wishing for more contact in training camp. One of his teammates might not necessarily agree.
According to Ebenezer Samuel of the New York Daily News, Giants linebacker Jameel McClain left practice today after suffering a stinger.
While that might not be as ominous with another player, McClain’s history of neck issues makes it a concern. He went down after a play, and trainers were quickly there checking his neck. He was able to get up and walk to the locker room under his own power.
