DeMarco Murray feels good, wants to play Saturday

The Eagles have kept running back DeMarco Murray’s workload light in camp with Murray sitting out the preseason opener and several practices in hopes of keeping him fresh for the 2015 season.

Murray’s immense workload with Dallas last year appears to be the leading factor in that decision with coach Chip Kelly saying he believed there was “a lot of validity” to the impact that kind of season can have on a player moving forward. Murray said Wednesday that he doesn’t think it’s a “big deal,” but that he is “all for” anything that Kelly believes is best for the team.
