Colts To Hire Jim Bob Cooter as OC

NFL Offseason - The Indianapolis Colts are expected to hire Jim Bob Cooter as their offensive coordinator, according to a report from ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.

Cooter most recently served as the passing game coordinator for the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2022. The Jaguars finished 6th in offensive passing DVOA and 9th in offensive DVOA in 2022 after finishing 30th in passing DVOA and 27th in total offensive DVOA the year prior. He previously held an offensive coordinator role with the Detroit Lions from 2016 to 2018. The Lions finished 15th and 12th in offensive DVOA Cooter's first two years before finishing 22nd in 2018.
