The attorney for Colin Kaepernick took umbrage with comments made by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell on Wednesday.
Appearing on NBC's Today, Mark Geragos used Mark Sanchez as an example to dispute Goodell's notion that teams weren't signing Kaepernick because they don't think he can help them win games:
