NFL - Ohio State quarterback has officially declared for the 2023 NFL Draft, according to an announcement released via his social media.
"This process has been difficult, and the decision, one of the hardest I've ever had to make," Stroud wrote in his statement. "As a kid, I dreamed of playing football at the highest level and after much prayer, I've made the decision that it's time to turn those dreams into reality."
Stroud took over as starting quarterback as a redshirt freshman, finishing top-three in passing touchdowns each of his first two seasons in the FBS.
