The Philadelphia Eagles are reportedly working on a deal to move on from cornerback Byron Maxwell, less than a year after signing him to a massive $63 million contract.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported the team is "deep in discussions" to trade the 28-year-old, indicating a trade from Philadelphia to the Miami Dolphins is "in the works" for Maxwell.
Maxwell posted an up-and-down first season with the Eagles, recording 64 tackles and two interceptions.
