Fullback Bruce Miller wasn’t taking part in 49ers offseason work after being arrested in March following an incident with his then-fiancee.
Miller was charged with vandalism after destroying her phone during an argument in a parking garage and he resolved the case this week by pleading no contest to a charge of disturbing the peace. Miller was sentenced to undergo a 16-week domestic violence counseling course as a result of the plea.
General Manager Trent Baalke said that the team would decide how to “move on” with Miller once the case was resolved and they appear to have come to their decision.
