San Francisco 49ers fullback Bruce Miller has been charged with misdemeanor vandalism for a March incident involving his fiancee.
Cam Inman of the Bay Area News Group tweeted out the press release of Miller's charges:

Matt Maiocco of CSNBayArea.com reported he will remain away from the team for now:
I’m hearing the #49ers and FB Bruce Miller have decided he will remain away from the team until there’s a conclusion to this matter.
