After injuries cut short his 2016 season, offensive tackle Andre Smith is hoping to rebound with the Cincinnati Bengals, according to ESPN's Jeff Darlington.
The reported agreement is for one year, according to Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network.
According to Darlington, Smith was close to choosing the Buffalo Bills:
