NFL Week 7: Preview & Predictions For Every Game This Week

Week 7 of the NFL season kicks off tonight with the Packers hosting the Bears on Thursday Night Football. Now close to the midseason point, games are becoming more and more important for every team in the league. Here's a preview and prediction for every game in the league this weekend:

Chicago Bears at Green Bay Packers
The Packers are struggling and are dealing with a rash of injuries at both running back and cornerback, but they still have much more talent than a Bears team that hasn't been able to get anything going this season.

Prediction: Packers win 27-14

New York Giants vs. Los Angeles Rams (in London)
Another 9:30 am ET game thanks to London! Both teams wanted to get away, too - the Rams have lost two games in a row, while the Giants have the whole Josh Brown thing going on. The Giants may also be without Odell Beckham Jr. due to a hip injury.

Prediction: Rams win 16-14

Minnesota Vikings at Philadelphia Eagles
Minnesota's defense has the Vikings as the only undefeated team left in the NFL, but they have yet to face an offense that has been as good as Philadelphia's is this year. That will make this game closer than a lot of people think.

Prediction: Vikings win 27-24

New Orleans Saints at Kansas City Chiefs
New Orleans' high-flying offense against Kansas City's well-balanced attack. The Chiefs will be able to score just enough points against the Saints' terrible defense.

Prediction: Chiefs win 31-27

Indianapolis Colts at Tennessee Titans
A matchup between two below-average AFC South teams, the Titans are looking to win their third straight game to move to 4-3 on the season. Unfortunately for them, the best player in the game (Andrew Luck) is playing for the other team - and the Colts always seem to have Tennessee's number.

Prediction: Colts win 23-17

Cleveland Browns at Cincinnati Bengals
The Bengals need a win at 2-4. The Browns just need something to go right. That won't happen in this one.

Prediction: Bengals win 34-10

Washington Redskins at Detroit Lions
Washington has won four games in a row and are playing as well as anyone. They might struggle some on the road, but Detroit's defense isn't good enough to stop them.

Prediction: Redskins win 28-24

Oakland Raiders at Jacksonville Jaguars
The Raiders have won all three of their games on the East Coast this season. I expect that to continue, even with the Jaguars playing better.

Prediction: Raiders win 24-21

Buffalo Bills at Miami Dolphins
What do we make of the Dolphins? They've been awful all year, then they blew out the Steelers at home last weekend. Can they duplicate that effort against a Bills team without LeSean McCoy? I don't think so.

Prediction: Bills win 17-16

Baltimore Ravens at New York Jets
The Geno Smith era is back with the Jets, but nothing he does will matter - the Jets are a dumpster fire. Baltimore will roll, even on the road.

Prediction: Ravens win 20-7

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at San Francisco 49ers
Speaking of dumpster fires, there's one that has been going on in San Francisco for the past two years. The Bucs are fresh coming off a bye week, and Jameis Winston should have a great game against the 49ers' bad secondary.

Prediction: Bucs win 27-13

San Diego Chargers at Atlanta Falcons
Two great offense go head-to-head in what should be a shootout. Atlanta is looking to get back on track after their tough loss at Seattle last weekend, and I think that gives them a needed edge in this one.

Prediction: Falcons win 38-30

New England Patriots at Pittsburgh Steelers
This was going to be the marquee game of the weekend. Instead, with Ben Roethlisberger being out with a knee injury, the Patriots are heavy favorites.

Prediction: Patriots win 31-20

Seattle Seahawks at Arizona Cardinals
A battle between the two best teams in the NFC West. The Cardinals have gotten their season back on track with two straight wins, but those have come over the lowly 49ers and Jets. This is a much tougher test.

Prediction: Seahawks win 24-23

Houston Texans at Denver Broncos
Denver has lost two games in a row, but their defense is jumping at the chance to get after Brock Osweiler after he skipped town. This one could get ugly.

Prediction: Broncos win 35-6
