The Saints and Chargers both get two players on this list. In addition to Brees, the Saints found great value in WR Emmanuel Sanders. The Chargers got a good tackle in Bryan Bulaga, while they somehow stole Chris Harris for WAY below top-end QB money.
Other top NFL Free Agency signings include Gerald McCoy to the Cowboys and Cory Littleton to the Raiders.
