2019 NFL Draft Big Board: Top 32 Overall Prospect Rankings

The 2019 NFL Draft is nearly here so it's time for my first 2019 NFL Draft Big Board. This is a look at my initial prospect rankings of the Top 32 players in the NFL Draft.

However, this will not be my final Big Board. I'm still working through lots of prospects in the lead-up to the actual draft and I fully expect there will be changes to my final edition. I'll make sure that is viewable in some fashion during the NFL Draft.

Oh, make sure you are subscribed to Chat Sports YouTube Channel! If you're tired of ESPN and NFL Network skipping picks during the draft, we've got you covered. We'll break down every pick of the 2019 NFL Draft. And we had them earlier than ESPN last year.

It's a defensive heavy draft and the top players in this year’s draft class include Quinnen Williams, Nick Bosa, Josh Allen & Ed Oliver. The top offensive players include OT Jonah Williams and Iowa tight ends T.J. Hockenson & Noah Fant. D.K. Metcalf is undoubtedly the top wide receiver in the 2019 NFL Draft and Kyler Murray edged out Dwayne Haskins as the top QB coming out in 2019.

Check out my complete big board of the top 32 players in the 2019 NFL Draft in the video above and below:

#1 Quinnen Williams (DL, Alabama)
#2 Nick Bosa (EDGE, OSU)
#3 Josh Allen (EDGE, UK)
#4 Ed Oliver (DL, Houston)
#5 Jonah Williams (OT, Alabama)
#6 T.J. Hockenson  (TE, Iowa)
#7 Brian Burns (EDGE, FSU)
#8 Devin White (LB, LSU)
#9 Devin Bush (LB, Michigan)
#10 Montez Sweat (EDGE, Mississippi St.)
#11 Noah Fant  (TE, Iowa)
#12 D.K. Metcalf (WR, Ole Miss)
#13 Garrett Bradbury (IOL, NC State)
#14 Jawaan Taylor (OT, Florida)
#15 Clelin Ferrell (EDGE, Clemson)
#16 Christian Wilkins (DT, Clemson)
#17 Greedy Williams (CB, LSU)
#18 Byron Murphy (CB, Washington)
#19 Nasir Adderley (FS, Delaware)
#20 Jerry Tillery (DL, Notre Dame)
#21 Chauncey Gardner-Johnson (S, Florida)
#22 Kyler Murray (QB, Oklahoma)
#23 Taylor Rapp (S, Washington)
#24 Hakeem Butler (WR, Iowa State)
#25 Dalton Risner (OT, Kansas State)
#26 Juan Thornhill (S, Virginia)
#27 Darnell Savage (S, Maryland)
#28 Dwayne Haskins (QB, OSU)
#29 Jeffery Simmons (DL, Mississippi State)
#30 Rashan Gary (DL, Michigan)
#31 Cody Ford (OT, Oklahoma)
#32 Dexter Lawrence (DL, Clemson)

You may notice that there is not much correlation between where the players are ranked and where the players could be selected in the NFL Draft. That is because every NFL team has different needs and they could draft their biggest need rather than drafting the best player available. Kyler Murray is listed as the #22 ranked prospect, but could easily be selected within the top 5. Noah Fant is the #11 ranked prospect, but he could end up falling out of the first round. Then there are players such as Drew Lock or Josh Jacobs who are not ranked within the top 32 prospects, but their names could be called on the first day of the draft.
