Marseille will face competition from Everton, Liverpool and Newcastle for Angers forward Nicolas Pepe, according to reports in France.
The Ivory Coast international, who has scored twice in 19 appearances this season, has been heavily linked with a move away from the Ligue 1 club.
Marseille are keen to bolster their squad for the second half of the campaign and have identified Pepe as a possible January recruit.
But the newly-rich French giants, who are also trying to bring in Dimitri Payet and Patrice Evra from West Ham and Juventus respectively, will not have a free run at the 21-year-old.
