The Newcastle fan who was involved in an argument with Kieran Trippier after his side's defeat to Bournemouth has admitted that he regrets his actions.
Newcastle lost 2-0 away to Bournemouth, with that result following on from a defeat by the same scoreline against Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League.
After the game against Bournemouth Trippier took exception to a comment from the fan.
Joelinton attempted to pull Trippier away but the right-back was then seen discussing with the fan about the amount of injuries that Newcastle have.
