Newcastle United are set to change the club crest they have worn on their shirts for 37 years.
In an effort to make the badge more marketable and globally recognisable, a redesign will be used from the start of the 2026/27 season.
A week-long period of consultation with season-ticket holders and members will now follow, and fans will then be presented with options upon which to vote.
A club statement read: ‘As our club grows on the global stage, the symbol that represents us needs to be able to keep pace. It needs to show up clearly and confidently across everything – from kits to screens to merchandise.
