Ki Sung-yeung has joined Real Mallorca on a short-term deal, the Spanish club have announced.
The South Korea international was released by Newcastle United at the end of January after spending 18 months at the club.
He had made just the one appearance for the Magpies this season under Steve Bruce.
His move to Spain brings an end to a decade spent in the UK plying his trade.
Ki had previously turned out for Celtic, Swansea and Sunderland.
