Harry Kane 'will smash Alan Shearer's record' for most goals, claims Thierry Henry... with Arsenal legend also insisting the Tottenham hitman is one of the best natural finishers the Premier League has ever seen

Thierry Henry has backed Harry Kane to usurp Alan Shearer as the greatest goal scorer in Premier League history providing he stays in England.

Shearer's record stands at 260 having rattled in goals for Newcastle United and Blackburn Rovers before his retirement in 2006, with Kane currently on 166 with Spurs.

However, Kane's future in north London is uncertain after the 27-year-old requested for a summer transfer away from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, which could yet see the England captain move abroad.
