Arda Guler, aka the Turkish Messi and Fenerbahce's boy wonder, has a clause that allows him to leave for under £15m after he clocked up 1500 first team minutes.
The 18-year-old - who made his debut when he was just 16 - is viewed as one of the brightest young talents to emerge from the country.
Guler has racked up 51 appearances over the past two seasons, scoring nine goals and adding 12 assists in all competitions.
He has featured right across midfield, with the wonderkid tending to play most of his minutes for the Turkish giants on the right side of the attack.
