The fugitive brother and player manager of Socceroos star Garang Kuol has accused police of robbing him while he's on the run from the law.
Kuol Mawien Kuol remains at large after failing to show in court on July 22 in Victoria and heading to New South Wales to manage his little brother, who is now playing for Scottish team Hearts after going there on loan from Newcastle United in January.
Kuol had an arrest warrant issued that month after he skipped bail on charges of ripping off elderly Australians in an alleged bank scam.
