Andros Townsend has heaped praise on his former Tottenham team-mate Danny Rose by labelling him the best left-back in the Premier League.
Rose has become a permanent fixture in the defensive position over the last three seasons.
He scored in Tottenham's 1-1 draw against Liverpool at White Hart Lane last weekend, as he again proved that he has the ability to defend and attack.
Townsend, who came up through the ranks at Spurs with Rose, believes the 26-year-old is the best left-sided full-back in the country.
