Chris Hughton has urged Brighton to show a quick response against Newcastle after two defeats by Bournemouth in the space of five days.
The Seagulls host the team who just edged them to last season's Championship title, and who sacked Hughton as manager in December 2010, while pursuing their second victory of the Premier League campaign after what has been a challenging start.
Bournemouth's victory over Hughton's side last Friday was their first in the league of 2017/18 and was one they followed on Tuesday in the third round of the Carabao Cup.
