Philippe Coutinho has reportedly been offered to both Tottenham and Newcastle United as Barcelona continue to look to offload the midfielder from their books.
Barcelona paid £145million to sign Coutinho from Liverpool in 2018 - making him the third most expensive player in the history of football.
However, the move has turned out to be a nightmare for the Brazilian after he struggled to secure a regular place in the Barca starting XI under several managers.
The midfielder has been hampered by injuries and inconsistent form during his time with the Catalan giants.
