What a crazy offseason it has been so far in regards to the non-stop chatter about four-time All-Star, Manny Machado. However, I don’t mean crazy good; I mean insane bad. It’s been somewhat quiet surrounding the Yankees besides the recent signings of shortstop Troy Tulowitzki to a one-year, $555k deal and OF Billy Burns to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training.
I don’t know about you, but I’ve have grown tired of going on Twitter and continually seeing my timeline filled with fans wanting or not wanting Machado. I wish he would sign with a team by now, but unfortunately, that’s not how it works in this business.
