Yankees Rivalry Roundup: Mariners win 14th straight game

The Yankees wrapped up their first half of the season in a perfect fashion on Sunday, crushing the Red Sox for a second consecutive day. They’re going into the All-Star break with a 64-28 record, 13 games up in the AL East. It was also a pair of much-needed wins after they had been struggling a bit in the previous two series.

Now, they and the rest of the league will get a couple days off as the All-Star festivities take place in Los Angeles.
