Apparently there is a CrossFit lover on the Yankees staff.
The motivational sign that was posted on the front door of the Yankees' clubhouse down in Tampa on Thursday as pitchers and catchers reported for spring training is apparently straight from the CrossFit playbook.
The "Motivated Professionals Only" sign, a photo of which was shared on Twitter by the Daily News' Anthony McCarron and quickly went viral, had many fans scratching their heads as to why millionaire pro jocks need to be reminded to "agree to give 100% of what you have." It seemed better suited for weekend workout warriors.
