Yankees bring back Adam Warren for third stint in Bronx

Third time’s the charm for Adam Warren?

The Yankees signed Warren to a two-year, minor-league deal which will pay him $800,000 if he’s in the majors, The Post’s Joel Sherman confirmed.

Warren, 32, had Tommy John surgery in September and likely will miss the entire 2020 season.

This is Warren’s third stint with the Yankees, having started his career in New York in 2012 before being traded to the Cubs in 2015. Chicago traded Warren back to the Yankees in 2016 as part of a package that brought Gleyber Torres to The Bronx in exchange for Aroldis Chapman.
