The Yankees have traded first baseman Tyler Austin and pitcher Luis Rijo to the Twins in exchange for starting pitcher Lance Lynn, per Mark Feinsand. The Yankees will pay roughly $2 million remaining on Lynn’s contract this year, according to Joel Sherman of the NY Post.
