In 2019, Domingo German was one of the New York Yankees‘ best pitchers. His ERA was about four, but it was skewed from a few bad starts.
However, later in the season, recent domestic assault allegations were made against him and he was suspended for the remainder of 2019 and will stay suspended until June of 2020. In my opinion, the team should look to trade him.
Why I Think So:
On the baseball side of things, the Yankees already have six starting pitchers: Gerrit Cole, Masahiro Tanaka, James Paxton, Luis Severino, JA Happ, and Jordan Montgomery.
