MOOSIC , Pa — Clint Frazier’s black Mercedes truck is filled with 30 pairs of sneakers, reminding him that being back in Scranton isn’t all bad.
“It was probably a good thing I got called down for a little bit,” the 24-year-old told The Post with a smile, “because I have to stay out of those stores, and buying all those shoes.”
Just as he did with his affinity for transforming Jordans into cleats, Frazier has had to put his major league career on hold.
It has been a week since Frazier returned to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, or 3,502 miles away from where he wants to be — in London where the Yankees are battling the Red Sox this weekend.
