SEE IT: Yogi Berra's congratulatory telegram to Johnny Bench

Johnny Bench, the man who broke Yogi Berra's record for home runs by a catcher, shared a telegram the late Yankees legend sent him after the feat.

Addressed to Riverfront Stadium, home of the Cincinnati Reds, on July 16, 1980, it included an original Yogi-ism. It read:

"Johnny, Congratulations on breaking my home run record last night. I always thought that record would stand until it was broken. It couldn't happen to a nicer guy. Best of luck the rest of the season, but take it easy on Dale and the Pirates. Maybe we'll see you in October.
