Sanchez strains biceps on swing, exits game

BALTIMORE -- Yankees star catcher Gary Sanchez was removed from Saturday's game against the Orioles after sustaining a right biceps strain.

Sanchez fouled off a 97-mph offering from the Orioles' Kevin Gausman in the fifth inning. After a brief consultation with manager Joe Girardi and assistant athletic trainer Michael Schuk, Sanchez left the playing field and headed down the dugout tunnel toward the clubhouse.
