The New York Yankees have agreed to sign free agent infielder Kevin Smith.
Smith announced his next team on social media by posting a photo of himself as a Little League player in a Yankees uniform. "Headed Home for 2024," wrote the native of East Greenbush, N.Y.
The New York Post confirmed Smith and the Yankees had agreed to a deal.
