The New York Yankees (and Mets) are making plans to return to Florida for Spring Training No. 2.
While the future of the 2020 MLB season remains uncertain, the New York Yankees appear to be moving forward on their plans to resume training.
Before anything on the MLB-MLBPA contract is either crossed or dotted, we at least were treated to an indication of where the teams land on the very first logistical decision late on Thursday.
Rumors have emerged that the Yankees (along with their rivals in Flushing, the New York Mets) are making preparations to resume their second iteration of 2020 Spring Training at their respective Florida sites in mid-June.
