Could Dellin Betances be calling Philadelphia his new home this offseason? It seems… maybe, as the Phillies have reportedly expressed interest in the former New York Yankees relief pitcher, according to George A. King III of the New York Post.
Betances, 31, missed nearly all of this past season due to multiple injuries to his shoulder and Achilles. He didn’t pitch for the Bombers until September when he tore his Achilles in his first appearance of the season. Betances spent time with the Yanks in 2011 and then from 2013-19.
