Right now, the only locks for the rotation are Gerrit Cole, Masahiro Tanaka, and J.A. Happ. After that, it’s up in the air.
For Severino, it’s Tommy John surgery. A back issue with Paxton will keep him out until at least mid-May and that is on the optimistic side.
