Not only are the Bombers set to lose starter James Paxton for an extended period of time, but there are also about to be without their star shortstop Gleyber Torres at least for the next ten days. According to what sources told Marly Rivera of ESPN, the infielder will likely be placed in the injured list with a tight left hamstring.
The good news is that it would appear that the New York Yankees believe Torres’ left hamstring injury is serious.
