Several asked: What about Troy Tulowitzki?
I figured these were coming. The Blue Jays released Tulowitzki earlier this week with two years and $38M remaining on his contract, so he can now sign with any team for the pro-rated portion of the league minimum. Tulowitzki had surgery on both heels earlier this year and he did not play this season at all.
