Enough that when the hard-throwing rookie was out in front of the Stadium — helping kids from Southern Boulevard School in Chatham, N.J., in a school-supplies drive Wednesday at the corner of 161st Street and River Avenue — Jennifer Steinbrenner came up to him and thanked him.
