Kate Upton and Amy Cole will always have Houston.
Two months after recreating their spouses’ Sports Illustrated cover, Upton — the wife of Astros ace Justin Verlander — will be bidding adieu to her postseason pal, as Amy’s husband, Gerrit Cole, agreed to a record-breaking nine-year, $324 million deal with the Yankees on Tuesday night.
“Special, special guy. Obviously a great athlete, a great pitcher in the prime of his career,” Yankees manager Aaron Boone said prior to the news.
