At 39-years-old and with six All-Star honors under his belt, CC Sabathia is a star on the rise again.
On Wednesday, Sabathia made his stage debut in a one-night-only cameo in the off-Broadway production of Rock of Ages during a “Yankees Night” at New World Stages. The collaborative show was in benefit of the Carlos Beltran Foundation and included a special curtain call dedicated by current and former Yankee players.
Sabathia took the stage in the musical’s 10th anniversary production just a few days after getting placed on the IL with knee inflammation.
