Blue Jays Shortstop Ryan Goins Executes Hidden-Ball Trick On Yankees’ Todd Frazier

In the third inning of an AL-East clash between the New York Yankees and Toronto Blue Jays, shortstop Ryan Goins pulled off some Todd Helton-esque trickery.

Bautista then threw the ball to Goins, who then pretended to send the ball back to Jays starter Marco Estrada.

Goins then hid the ball in his glove, patiently waited for the Yankees slugger to step off second base, and then tagged him below the waist.

Frazier was caught off-guard and immediately pled that his foot never left the base. Unfortunately, umpire Mark Carlson didn’t buy it and called him out to end the inning.
