Baby Bomber Recap 4/13/16: Brady Lail pitched 6.2 innings of shutout baseball for the Thunder

Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders: W 1-0 vs. Pawtucket PawSox

The RailRiders went up against Henry Owens and narrowly escaped with the win after Eddy Rodriguez hit a solo home run in the second inning to score the lone run of the game. Ben Gamel doubled, Rob Refsnyder singled, and the offense had four walks. That was it. Otherwise, they struck out 12 times in the game. Kyle Haynes kept pace with–and beat–Owens, throwing six shutout innings on three hits, two walks, and three strikeouts. Branden Pinder came in to pitch three innings, allowing only one hit with four strikeouts.
