New York Post | Howard Kussoy: For Aaron Boone, it feels like the offseason again. Instead of checking in with his players at their lockers, in his office, or around the clubhouse, he has to chat with them over the phone. It’s all part of the job, even if the season has been suspended for the foreseeable future. Boone noted the frustration involved, but recognizes this represents just a small concern during the crisis. It’s nice to hear he’s staying in touch. Boone has a reputation for being a player-first manager, and these conversations highlight that point.
