NJ.com | Brendan Kuty: Brian Cashman spoke about some of the things that he noticed from the 2020 season on Thursday, and one note he made was that Gleyber Torres did not enter spring “in the best shape.” Torres struggled for most of the year, though Cashman added that Torres got back in form for the final 20 games of the season leading into the playoffs. Physical improvements may help Torres at the plate, but much remains to be seen of how Torres handles the field, where Cashman admitted that he saw Torres as better at second.
