Aaron Judge will make his much-anticipated Yankees return in a spot Yankees fans won’t recognize.
Judge is batting leadoff as he makes his return from the injured list, his first major league action since he was sidelined with an oblique injury on April 20.
Judge has never hit leadoff in the majors. Manager Aaron Boone has experimented during Spring Training with him at that spot, which Judge said he hadn’t occupied since high school.
