Alex Rodriguez’s foray into becoming a TV personality took another step forward Thursday when he co-hosted “Live with Kelly” alongside Kelly Ripa.
Rodriguez, fresh off a second well-received postseason working with FOX, displayed his broadcasting chops again, chatting with Ripa about his family and his time with the Yankees.
He also interviewed and played stickball with Cubs outfielder Kyle Schwarber on West 67th Street in front of dozens of fans.
Asked by Ripa if he still rooted for the Yankees, Rodriguez responded: “Technically, I’m still with the Yankees, so we still want to crush [opponents].
